Data provider EMIG (European Market Intelligence Group) is pleased to announce its IT and Telecoms database has grown to 723,000 decision-making contacts across over 160,000 western European sites.

IT and Telecoms data provider EMIG (European Market Intelligence Group) is pleased to announce that Nokia Enterprise Solutions has agreed a pan-European database contract to license EMIG data across 11 European countries. The database will be used to support various Nokia marketing activities throughout 2006 and gives the mobile communications giant access to over 200,000 European contacts via a single web-based application.

EMIG (European Market Intelligence Group) can now make IT and Telecoms data available for the Republic of Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland as part of its pan-European database. "We can now provide these territories with the same content, quality and web-based application as the rest of our database." said Pierre Mercier, MD of Computer Profile, EMIG's Benelux partner. "Initial feedback from our clients has been excellent".

Several leading European database suppliers have formed a new joint venture, launched today as the European Market Intelligence Group (EMIG). Each member of the EMIG, currently providing the leading ICT database in their particular country, has integrated their products to offer IT marketers a single unique and homogeneous European database. IT manufacturers and suppliers can now obtain an overall view of the IT and Communications infrastructure within their corporate target markets both at a local and European level. Most importantly, the database is offered in a consistent format, via a web-based software application, enabling clients to query and analyse the database with ease.
